Who is Stephen Cassidy, well, I'm Irish, I have lived in Holland since 1986, and as a child lived a few years in the UK.

I have been dancing Salsa, Bachata and Zouk and 5 other Latin dance styles since  2005. Dancing Latin can be a great way to relieve stress and it also keeps you trim. I used to dance nearly every evening and usually for about three or four hours. The past few years I only dance two evenings per week, this is basically because I do not take classes anymore. It's not easy to find a teacher for someone who has dances fanatically for more than 7 years. Most Salsa classes have 3 beginners classes, 3 intermediate classes and 3 advanced classes. When your average student has taken classes to intermediate they usually leave or think that they have taken enough classes to be able to go it alone. Or just lose interest. Taking classes can also be a great way to meet people. Just because you are in the scene you get invited to parties and nights out.

Why this site. Well Web development is  and has always been a big interest of mine. I find making sites and everything around it very interesting. I have been making internet sites since 1993 the beginning of the internet in Holland. I have taken making sites much more seriously since 2005 and followed courses in HTML, CSS PHP and CMS  eg: Joomla. Since 2009 I have worked as Webmaster - ICT Manager for a company that sets up Conferences in Europe and Asia.
